We provide comprehensive support in all aspects of the transformational change, for example during challenging shifts of the ownership structure, in restructuring situations, in systematic post-merger-integration programs or in non-linear growth or improvement programs.

We take on responsibility for the transformation process – either in the form of a dedicated management function, or by setting up and managing a comprehensive transformation program. In either case we are willing to share the entrepreneurial risk and to co-invest our own capital.
